Columbia Heights Community Television (channel 15)
Channel 15 is a non-profit cable channel provided as a service by Comcast to the City of Columbia Heights as part of the franchise agreement. The programs range from city business, community events, sports & documentary programming. NorthMetro15 (Blaine, etc.)
North Metro 15 is a community television entity committed to providing the residents of our seven cities access to television production equipment, channel space and training. Chaska Community Television

Suburban Community Channels (SCCTV) (White Bear Lake, N. St. Paul, etc.)
Provide public access television to the communities of Birchwood, Dellwood, Grant, Lake Elmo, Mahtomedi, Maplewood, North Saint Paul, Oakdale, Vadnais Heights, White Bear Lake, White Bear Township and Willernie. The Bloomington Channel (BCAT, channel 16)
Bloomington Community Access Television (BCAT) is a public forum dedicated to free speech. Individuals and organizations learn the basics of television production and work independently, or with other members, to create television shows. Completed programs will air on Cable Channel 16.
