Channel 15 is a non-profit cable channel provided as a service by Comcast to the City of Columbia Heights as part of the franchise agreement. The programs range from city business, community events, sports & documentary programming. North Metro 15 is a community television entity committed to providing the residents of our seven cities access to television production equipment, channel space and training. The Bloomington Channel (BCAT, channel 16)
Bloomington Community Access Television (BCAT) is a public forum dedicated to free speech. Individuals and organizations learn the basics of television production and work independently, or with other members, to create television shows. Completed programs will air on Cable Channel 16.
